Denman Street in Vancouver’s Coal Harbor district is packed with Asian restaurants. Great Wall Mongolian B.B.Q. has something that gives it an edge over the rest: a bay window facing the street that allows passersby to see how the food is being prepared. I said passersby, but that would include dogs too, as you can see from my sketch.
